The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from the town center and all the amenities. The self-contained bungalow setup was wonderful, with an open plan living room and kitchen area, a spacious shower room, and a cozy bedroom. The property was immaculately clean, and everything was in great condition. I especially loved having the convenience of a private driveway parking spot. Additionally, the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I had a delightful experience at Brentwood and would definitely recommend it to others.
The only minor drawback was that the heaters in the accommodation were on two-hour timers, resulting in a quick drop in temperature once they switched off. However, they quickly heated up again, so it wasn't a major inconvenience.

Had the best week in. the location was fantastic, with easy access to shops, pubs, and restaurants in the town center. the off-street parking was a bonus. Despite being close to the railway station, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. Another advantage was the clean and modern accommodation on one level. Andy, the host, was very helpful and welcoming. It was so convenient to have everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The cramped cooking facilities. the mini oven and electric hob had to be taken out of a cupboard every time we wanted to use them, and the kitchen drainer was incredibly small.

I recently stayed at a lovely accommodation in Beverley and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, with easy access to the town and nearby attractions. The self-contained unit was modern, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The kitchenette was a great addition, allowing me to prepare meals whenever I wanted. Although I visited in winter, the heating system took the edge off the cold and made my stay comfortable. I was impressed with Brentwood Villa and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

Stayed at a wonderful villa for one night in a fantastic location. the property was clean and tidy with all amenities in good condition. the parking space provided was a great bonus. the bed was of good quality, although a bit too firm for me personally. I had a delightful stay and would recommend it to others without hesitation. If I return, I would definitely choose to stay at Brentwood Villa again. Cons: Everything about my stay was superb! 😊.

We had a great romantic escape and would definitely come back! The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the amenities and attractions. The off-street parking was a great bonus, ensuring our car was safe and secure. The room was clean and functional, providing everything we needed for our stay. We also appreciated the hosts being available if we needed them but still giving us privacy.
The room was a bit chilly when we arrived, but we were able to quickly warm it up with the heating. The bedding was comfortable, but the mattress protector kept shifting throughout the night, which made it a bit uncomfortable.

The provided parking bay right in front of the property was a brilliant bonus. Although the bed was quite firm, it was of good quality and any discomfort was entirely personal. we were delighted with our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this property to others. We will definitely return if we visit again.
